In Iceland, if you want to eat authentic Chinese hotpot, there are actually not many restaurants. Jiayao Chinese Restaurant is definitely on the list. Although the hotpot in this restaurant is not as authentic as the one I had in China, it also satisfies my Chinese stomach.

Askur, a western restaurant in the center of Iceland, is of a medium grade. The beef rib package is recommended by the chef and is basically a must-order at every table.

This dessert shop is also a century-old local store. This dessert is really super exquisite. Especially the doughnuts are also very cute, and the taste is sweet and not greasy.

在冰岛，想吃到比较正宗的中式hotpot，其实餐厅并不算很多，家肴中餐厅绝对是榜上有名的，这家店的火锅虽然没有我在国内吃的正宗，但也满足了我的中国胃。

【口味】吃得太爽了，所有的菜跟国内几乎没有差别，蒸饺的馅特别有家里的味道水煮鱼里的白菜超级带劲，鲸鱼肉也很好吃，一开始跟牛肉有点像，最后还是有点鱼味，还有那个白菜蛋花汤，真是太好喝了，那种稠稠的感觉真是太棒了，米饭管够，茶水也很好【环境】挺干净，地方也很大【服务】好到无法评价，给我们讲了很多冰岛的常识，还告诉了小技巧

[Taste] The food was so delicious. All the dishes were almost the same as in China. The filling of the steamed dumplings tasted very good at home. The cabbage in the boiled fish was super tasty. The whale meat was also delicious. It was a bit like beef at first, but it still had a bit of fish flavor at the end. The cabbage and egg drop soup was really delicious. The thick texture was really great. There was enough rice and the tea was also very good.
[Environment] It was quite clean and the place was very large.

在冰岛川菜能有这么正宗！水煮鱼:用冰岛鳕鱼做的！很嫩，很滑！麻婆豆腐:麻而不辣，拌饭吃棒！鱼香茄子:是国内的味道，酸甜口！辣子鸡:重庆的味道！够麻够辣！

看到携程介绍说这里用冰岛鳕鱼制作水煮鱼特意从住宿的旅店走了一个多小时冒着雨找过来的一到餐厅刚好逢晚上六点半饭点本来是挤不出时间帮我做的因为预订桌ㄧ会就到了师傅们手上还在忙着另外预订的打包但老板人特好三番两次帮我跟师傅沟通後來讓師傅抽到一個空檔幫我做的就一刻钟内顺利讓我吃到心心念念的水煮鱼口味依我要求偏辣底层因当地食材受限用生包菜代替豆芽鳕鱼肉很嫩连鱼皮都很新鲜无腥味由于我只有一个人旅游不敢多点怕浪费但这道菜就足够让我元气满满了好吃，辣味、麻味十足喜欢

老板超级友好，而且非常亲切！在冰岛能吃到这么好吃的中餐真的是一件非常幸福的事情！
